Our training program is designed for employers who are considering recruiting foreign labor.
We will modify the training to meet your company´s demands, which will be relevant for the specific situation and conditions. They are prepared in accordance with valid legal legislation and information verified in practice.
We offer training on the following topics
- Employment of foreigners from third countries (Employment of nationals of countries with visa and visa-free and foreigners from EU member countries, students from abroad, change of purpose, change of employer)
- Non EU employment in highly qualified positions and intra-company transfer.
- Non EU employment with a Work Permit and without a Work Permit.
- During the training, among other things, information will be provided on:
- relevant legal legislation
- what are the obligations of employers towards the Labor Office in connection with the employment of foreigners
- what are the deadlines and requirements for processing documents
- what are the most common mistakes in practice when processing permits
- how to correctly fill out the required form
